2. Refund Policy by Service Category
Online Courses
• Full Refund: If you are not satisfied with an online course, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course content.
• Partial Refund: For courses where more than 20% but less than 50% has been completed, a partial refund of 50% of the purchase price will be issued.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued if more than 50% of the course content has been completed or if the request is made after 30 days from the purchase date.
E-learning Resource Marketplace
• Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital products, we only offer refunds for resources that are defective or not as described. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.
• Subscriptions: Refunds for subscription services will be prorated based on the time remaining in the subscription period, provided the request is made within 30 days of purchase.
Course Promotion Services
• Campaign Cancellation: If a promotional campaign has not yet started, you may request a full refund. For campaigns that have already commenced, a prorated refund will be issued based on the services rendered up to the date of the refund request.

• Consultation Fees: Refunds for consulting services will be issued based on the time spent and work completed up to the date of the refund request. Any work already delivered will be billed at the agreed-upon rate.
• Project Cancellation: For ongoing projects, you may cancel at any time and request a refund for unbilled future work. Any milestones already achieved and billed are non-refundable.

• Event Cancellation: Full refunds will be issued for events canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled date. For cancellations made less than 14 days before the event, a 50% refund will be provided.
• Technical Issues: If a virtual event is disrupted due to technical issues on our end, a partial refund or rescheduling option will be offered based on the extent of the disruption.

• Content Approval: If the delivered content does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, revisions will be made at no additional cost. If you are still not satisfied, you may request a partial refund based on the amount of work completed and usable content delivered.
